Elizabeth "Libby" Braswell's Obituary
Elizabeth Libby” Braswell passed away on October 17, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, John Woodrow “Radio” Braswell.
She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on December 8, 1921 and lived most of her life in Tallahassee. She was a homemaker for many years and a member of Calvary Tabernacle Church of Tallahassee for over thirty years. She was a kind considerate lady who loved people, and children. Her favorite pastime was creating christian storybook albums from religious clippings.
She is survived by her son, Meredith E. Braswell of Tallahassee, and daughter, Mary E. Crum of Tallahassee.
Funeral services will be held at Calvary Tabernacle Church on Highway 20 west in Tallahassee on Wednesday October 21st at 2:00 pm. Visitation will be one hour prior. Burial will immediately follow the service at the church cemetery. Lifesong (850-627-1111) will be assisting the family with arrangements.
