Edward Eugene "Gene" Edmonds 's Obituary
Edward Eugene “Gene” Edmonds, 72, of Woodville, passed away on April 9, 2015.
Gene was a native of Albany, GA and moved to Quincy right after High School. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist in Tallahassee.
Survivors include two children, Darren Edmonds of Crawfordville; and Kristi Edmonds Waff (Wade) of Woodville; two sisters, Margaret Beach and Joyce Morgan; one brother, Tommy Edmonds (Genia); six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one son, Clay Edmonds.
A memorial service will be held at noon today at White Church Primitive Baptist, 9500 Woodville Hwy. (behind Woodville Elementary). Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org/donatenow. AmeriCare Funeral & Cremation is assisting the family with arrangements.
