Donna Maria Nawalany's Obituary
Donna Maria Nawalany, 76, of Tallahassee, passed away on March 26, 2023 in Tallahassee. She is survived by her husband and childhood sweetheart of 56 years, Joe Nawalany.
Donna grew up in Sayreville, NJ and moved from New Jersey to Tallahassee 15 years ago. She retired from IBM, serving as an account administrator for 22 years. She enjoyed sailing and vacationing in Long Island Sound with her husband in her younger years. She regularly practiced yoga, loved animals (especially her dog, Spike) and her yellow Jeep.
Other survivors include two children, Joseph Donald Nawalany of Tallahassee; Sandy Curtis (J.R.) of Crawfordville; three sisters, Patty Baffa (John); Theresa Kuczynski (Marty); and Maryann O'Sullivan (Tony); one brother, Kevin Callahan; one grandchild, Smith Nawalany; many nieces and nephews, and her yoga friends.
