Debra was a resident of Tallahassee, Florida at the time of her passing. Debra is survived by her daughter, Jesica Leigh Hodge-Culpepper, of Thomasville, Georgia, her son, Rodger Burkstrum Posey, of Tallahassee, Florida, and her grandchildren, Taylor J. McDonald, Ryder Berlon Harrell, Kadence Olivia Posey, Aubrie A. Posey, and Aden E. Posey.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kathryn Georganna Michele Posey, her parents, Henry B. Howe and Eddie G. Howe, and her long-time partner, Rodger White Posey.
