Gone, But Not Forgetten
Don't think of her passing as the end
Her journey has just begun
Life holds so many facets,
Our earthly existence is only one.
No more sorrow, worries, or tears
She is resting in a place of comfort
Think of how she lived and
How she touched the lives of the many
people she encountered.
Think how she must be wishing
That our sadness could be washed away.
Although we loved her with all our hearts
She simply could not stay.
Don't think of her with sadness
Because she is truly at rest.
We loved her but God loved her best.
