Cutine Noles Waugh's Obituary
Cutine Noles Waugh, 96, passed away peacefully, November 10, 2025, at her residence in Tallahassee, FL. She entered eternal rest with the same courage, faith, & dignity that defined her life; she was a Fine Southern Lady!
Cutine was born in Heard County, GA; she graduated from Centralhatchee High School; married Earl Waugh on December 24, 1948 (Christmas Eve); & they moved their family to Tallahassee, FL in 1960, where they raised 3 children. Over the years, Cutine worked at the “old” Sealy Elementary School, Whaley’s Office Supply, Putnam’s, Moon’s & The Gold Mine Jewelry Stores. She was a hard worker & she worked hard at being retired. She loved visits from her grandkids & great grandkids, which always brought a smile to her face!
Cutine was preceded in death by her parents, B.O. & Seba Noles; her sisters: Udine (Sissy) Veal & Gwen Stewart; her husband, Earl Waugh; & her son, Ronnie Waugh. She is survived by two daughters: Donna W. Justice & Wanda W. Pierce (Wade); Daughter-in-law, Carol B. Waugh; sister, Linda Phillips (Joel) ;seven grandchildren: George Waugh (Katie), Brent Justice (Kara), John Waugh (Kristen), Christi Justice, Nikki J. Summers, Cory Pierce (Kristin) & Courtney Thacker (Ryan); & nine beautiful great-grandchildren: Henry, Charlie & Darcy Waugh; Elliott Justice; Taylor & Madison Waugh; Walker & Lucy Summers; & Wren Thacker.
A visitation will be held Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Fellowship Baptist Church (FBC), Tallahassee, FL at 1:00 p.m., with a Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 p.m., with reception immediately following in Fellowship Hall.
The family would like to thank Big Bend Hospice & the Angels that served our family so lovingly: Mariette, Malaya, Joy & Tamikio and Special Sitter Friends: Ann, Belinda, Edress, Ella, Jamison, Karla, Laney & Susie…It truly takes a village!
