Charles Thomas Owens, 61, of Columbus, passed away on April 21, 2018 in Tallahassee, FL.
He is survived by his sisters, Lynn Owens Lucas of Columbus and Kaye Owens Moss of Quincy, FL; one brother, Scott Owens of Humble, TX; one aunt, Frances Parker (J.R.) of Columbus; and several nieces and nephews.
