My condolences. I haven’t seen or spoken with Carl in decades. He was a great mentor to a very young Detective/Trooper in 1980. His knowledge on illicit drugs was extraordinary, he willingly shared his knowledge with me on many cases which which was extremely helpful in the success of the investigation.
