I have so many fond memories of Anne during my childhood on Vinton Circle. She would play bridge at my parents house with my mother and several neighbor ladies. She was a favorite mom with the neighborhood kids. Anne had a big beautiful smile and always had warm words to share. She had the most beautiful, beautiful, long dark hair. And then it was short because of the kitchen mixer! Oh, what a story that was! I will always remember her. She was wonderful! Sheryl Arneson
Anne was probably the first friend I made when we moved to New City close to 50 years ago. We met on the phone and realized that we lived around the corner from one another. In addition to that, we each had 3 young sons. It was the beginning of a wonderful friendship. We shared the good times and the bad and cherished the relationship. Our hearts go out to her 3 wonderful sons.

I first met Annuska in the summer of 1954 when I met Johnny in her New York apartment for our first date. We admired the amazing art she was producing. She took me aside and told me that Johnny was a wonderful guy, and that proved to be true.
Years later we had a wonderful and unforgettable family get-together at our cottage in Dunany, and we always stayed in touch by phone. Receiving one of her unique Christmas cards was always the first sign that the holiday season had started.
She will always remain in my favorite memories.
