Amanda V. White's Obituary
Amanda White, 49, of Quincy, passed away on August 5th, 2021 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Her fiancé, Matthew Kennedy preceded her in death on July 30th.
Amanda was born and raised in Gadsden County and graduated from Greensboro High School. She had a heart of gold and loved art and animals.
Survivors include her mother Wynetta White; two daughters, Linda White of Greensboro and Melissa Smith (Paul) of Alabama; three brothers, James White (Christina) of Greensboro; Marshall White (Jeanette) of Greensboro; and John White (Ashley) of Colorado; one sister, Michelle Shepard (Mike) of Quincy; four grandchildren, Alex; Jovani; J.R.; and Elijah; and her two beloved dogs, Coco and Bud.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 11th at Bethel Cemetery in Greensboro. Lifesong (lifesongfunerals.com or 850/627-1111) is assisting the family with arrangements.
