Alfredo Consuegra's Obituary
Alfredo Consuegra, passed away on April 17, 2023 at the Tallahassee Memorial
Hospital. He is survived by his beloved wife, Beatriz Miyar Consuegra, his sister,
Maricely Consuegra, three children, Alfredo Luis Consuegra, Annie Hazday and Claudia
Basso and nine grandchildren.
Born in La Habana, Cuba, Alfredo attended de La Salle academy from K through 12th
grades where he formed lifelong cherished friendships.
With an engineering degree from the University of Miami, Alfredo had a successful
career in the quality and safety of the aviation industry.
Impeccable of character, kind and witty, a great and loving husband, father and friend,
many have expressed it was an honor to have known him.
We mourn the loss of this dear man and feel fortunate to have known him and to have
been loved by him. His presence and his many gifts will stay with those of us who knew
and deeply loved him.
We celebrate the liberation of his Spirit and Soul to join with the heart of the Creator in
divine love.
