Adam Eugene Goodwin's Obituary
Adam Eugene Goodwin, 29 years of age, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 17, 2015. Adam had a kind and compassionate heart, which he inherited from his mama. His daughter Victoria was the center of his world. They loved playing with Sonny, Adam’s beloved chocolate lab, together. On the weekends they could be found playing video games, watching movies and fishing on the river. He was very proud of his little girl and will now be watching over her from above.
Adam learned to be passionate about music from his father. He loved playing the guitar, drums and keyboard while creating his own lyrics. During family gatherings he could be found center stage playing his music for the ones he loved most. Adam was a family man and wouldn’t hesitate to give someone the shirt off of his back.
Adam will be deeply missed by his daughter, Victoria Ann Goodwin, and her mother, Rebekah Walton; his mother, Gina (Ron) Goodwin-Wells; brother, Johnny (Jessica Savage) Goodwin Jr.; and girlfriend, Kelly Walker. He will also be missed by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Adam was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Goodwin Sr., and they are now rocking out together. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Alvin and Eula Goodwin, Thomas Bozeman and Ruthie Merrill.
Visitation will be held at Lifesong Funerals and Cremations, 20 South Duval Street Quincy, FL 32351, on Sunday, November 22nd from 6:00-8:00pm.
