Michael was a great thinker and I was involved with him in developing the public's awareness of Karl Popper's philosophy back in the 90s with the Annual Conference on the Philosophy of Karl Popper. We had the Popper Newsletter! It was a glorious fun time! I'm very sad to only just find this out. All my best wishes to his family and friends, Dr Ray Scott Percival.
